I am passionate about helping women- and myself- through the perimenopause/menopause years with stronger bones, stronger body, and a stronger mindset.
With over 20 years in the health and fitness industry, (and personal experience of peri/menopause) I believe the fitness profession can do better to support women through the menopause years with appropriate education, collaboration, wisdom and empathy.
Mairi has a degree in Sport & Exercise Science, 20 years clinical experience as a soft tissue therapist and Pilates Instructor, has a cert 4 in Training and Assessing, and has worked as part of the Australian medical team for Commonwealth and Olympic Games.
She fully understands the importance of having a strong support network and community around you in order to be on top of your game. Mairi has grown and scaled her own business over the years and has taught, mentored and educated many fitness professionals (and female clients) towards better health in the menopause years through her online community group, workshops, online and in person courses and 1-2-1 coaching.
